Does the rental price include all the equipment I need to shoot?

Yes, the rental price includes essential equipment needed for most photoshoots. We do not include cameras/lenses, computers, or camera tripods. Click here to view our full list of included equipment.

Does my rental include seamless paper backdrops?

Yes, your rental includes use of any of our seamless backdrop rolls. We offer six different 9-foot seamless colors, five different 4-foot seamless colors. Using our free seamless means it will be dirty and previously used on the ground pull. You are more than welcome to bring your own and we have a cross bar and stands for you.

Do you have any unique furniture?

No, we are a simple and clean studio space. We do not provide furniture in order to avoid clutter. We recommend bringing your own, renting, or checking out https://recycledsets.com/ for other props.

Will there be staff onsite while i’m there?

Usually not. If there is staff onsite, they will be in the office out of sight. You may request no staff to be onsite should this be required.

How to I get into the studio once I book it?

When you book online, we will send you a confirmation email. 8-hours prior to your rental, you’ll receive another email that contains a code to open the lockbox with a key on our front door. You’re responsible for locking up after your session.

Do you have heat and air conditioning?

Yes, we have central heating and A/C in the main studio and lobby. In addition, we have multiple fans in the studio. We provide floor-heaters in the winter to keep things extra toasty.

Is there wifi and a sound system?

Yes, we provide free high-speed wifi with your rental. We also have a sound system that you can connect to via bluetooth or our provided 3.5mm aux cable.

Do you have a bathroom?

Yes, we have a clean bathroom with a hand-washing station, hot water, and a first aid kit.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, you can park up to 3 cars anywhere in the parking lot plus you can put one car along the roll up door in the back.

Do you offer refunds if I need to cancel?

Yes, you can self-cancel your rental for a full refund as long as its more than 48-hour in advance. Cancelations with less than 48-hour notice are given a store-credit. Cancelations with 24-hour or less notice are non-refundable and no credit will be given.
